These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of XeroLabs products, websites, and services, including Auralynk (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 where required by local law) to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

Our Services, including software, branding, design, and underlying technology, are owned by XeroLabs or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display, and process that content solely to operate and improve the Services.
Some features may require payment. Prices, billing cycles, and renewal terms will be presented before purchase. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in accordance with the applicable app store or payment provider policies.
Our Services may integrate with third-party platforms such as Apple, Google, or social networks. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, XeroLabs disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, XeroLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars if no payment was made.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless XeroLabs, its affiliates, and personnel from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
You may stop using our Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required for legal, security, or operational reasons. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
